A youth mentoring program, Amongst Men, Inc. (AMI) Mentoring Services is the manifestation of an affirmative vision for boys and adolescent males. Robert Hall created this proactive, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization in 2004 in the Delaware Valley. AMI provides constructive solutions for empowering and developing inner city males, ages 8 to 18. As a comprehensive, multi-tiered mentoring, character development, leadership training, community support and academic enrichment charitable organization, AMI seeks to address the challenges young males encounter in today's society. To build bridges with communities, city and state agencies, national programs and organizations, to act as a resource and referral medium, and to ultimately build a collective intervention to resolve many of the problems affecting boys and young male adults.
